Using the back of the door to store your purse is so clever, especially if you don’t have extra space in your closet. This setup by luxury organizer and closet designer Ashley Jones Hatcher shows how easy it is to create extra space without having to build bulky shelves using door hooks. 5. Use wire baskets above the door.
Lauren from Wellesley & King shows another example of how useful doors can be when it comes to storing handbags. The Container Store’s Elfa wire racks hang down the length of the door, providing plenty of extra space for your favorite purses. This isn’t just reserved for accessories in your wardrobe though; this method can be used in various other areas around your home.
6. Work in acrylic partitions.
