Greetings from the Gulf Coast of Florida! I’m working on a checklist of things from our property manager to get the house ready for a two-month snowbird rental, and also sneaking out to enjoy some seafood and sunsets. It’s so nice to start the new year in this sunny part of the world.
I’m not doing any room renovations during this visit, but I’m coming back in April to start renovating one of the three bedrooms and will be living here until the end of 2024. Our youngest son is graduating high school in June and going to college in the fall which will make it easier to stay at coast this year. We are excited to embrace this season of change and are ready to begin this new chapter!
